The system designed for customers is available free of charge and it includes benefit components customisable to specific needs.

All vouchers of Accor Services can be easily integrated in either a newly developed or an existing cafeteria system.

What is Cafeteria?

Cafeteria is a flexible tool for managing non-wage benefits within an organisation. It enables employees to compile a personal benefit package up to a predefined budget. The budget and its optional components are specified by the company's management. The tool also supports the creation of differentiated benefit packages.

Design principles of COFFEIN

Cost-effectiveness: The cafeteria system includes benefit components free of taxes and other charges both for the company and its employees, or taxed at a better rate than wage benefits under currently applicable legal regulations. In addition, employees may request the cash equivalent of benefits in kind which is taxed at the highest tax rate imposed on consolidated income (wages).

Flexibility: Employees can spend the specified budget on the available options according to their preferences and needs.

Well-informed choice: Employees can select from the available options at predictable costs.

Periodicity: Eligible employees can select from the options at specified intervals every year.

How to use the Coffein Cafeteria applicaton?

  1. Configuration and group setting: You can create group configurations tailored to your company's needs and select benefit components for each group. You can create a different configuration for each target group. See picture 
  2. Statements: Using the application, you can e-mail your employees personalized Cafeteria statements in which members of the different groups can select their preferred benefit components. Employees without an e-mail address can enter their personal Cafeteria statement via a terminal.
  3. Database entry and electronic ordering: Returned statements can either be copied into an electronic database or archived in hardcopy files. Benefit components can be directly ordered from the electronic database. 
  4. Payroll posting: Data available in the consolidated database can be easily accessed for payroll purposes.
